Email us
Use this for anything — a question, a problem, a correction, or telling us something is wrong with WireRally.
We read everything that arrives. We are a small operation, so a reply may take a day or two rather than minutes, and we would rather tell you that plainly than promise an hour and miss it.
What helps us answer faster
None of this is required — send what you have and we will ask if we need more. But if you already know it, including it saves a round trip:
- The email address on your WireRally account, if you have one.
- Which screen you were on — Signals, Your trades, Performance or Account Settings.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The exact wording of any message WireRally showed you.
- Roughly when it happened, and whether it still does.
Never send us your broker keys or your password. We will never ask you to send either one in a message. Your broker key is saved only on your own device. Each time WireRally reads your Alpaca account or sends it an order, the key passes through our server for that one request. The server does not store it. Anyone asking you for those while claiming to be us is not us.
If it is about a trade right now
Email is not fast enough for something happening in the market this minute, and we cannot act on your account in any case — we hold nothing that would let us place, change or cancel an order for you.
If you need a position closed or an order cancelled immediately, do it in your brokerage account directly, or call your broker. That works whether or not WireRally is reachable, and it is the fastest route in every case. Then tell us what happened, and we will look into anything on our side.
Before you write
Two pages answer most of what arrives, and both are quicker than waiting for a reply:
- The user guide — how each screen works, what we do with your information, and a list of common questions at the bottom.
- The glossary — every financial word WireRally uses, in plain English, including what your broker calls the same thing.
If the answer should have been on one of those pages and was not, that is worth an email on its own. It usually means the page needs fixing.
